Samples ship via USPS and typically arrive in 5–7 business days.
We process orders quickly, so cancellations or changes can’t be guaranteed once an order is placed.

If your order has already shipped, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship throughout the contiguous United States. Many items qualify for Free Shipping. We ship from the closest of our U.S. locations when possible. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer.
Orders ship via FedEx, UPS, or a freight carrier depending on size and weight. Items may be boxed, banded, reinforced, and/or shrink-wrapped for transit.

The item is in stock and typically leaves our warehouse within 24 business hours. Weekend orders are processed the next business day. Very large orders may ship in multiple shipments

Freight Shipping
Oversized or heavy items (or large-quantity orders) ship by semi-truck via freight carrier. Rates depend on size, weight, quantity, and destination.
Freight is quoted per shipment. We shop multiple carriers to find the best available rate. Manufacturer-direct shipments may take longer to quote.
- Dock-to-Dock: Delivered to your loading dock; you unload
- Tailgate Delivery: Delivered to the truck; you unload
Without additional services, you are responsible for moving items off the truck (typically within 15 minutes) and into your building.
